Product Structure
JPB 型并联高温带分单相带和三相带两类,其结构分别与JFB型并联式单相带和三相带相似,所不同的是芯线采用镀镍铰线,编织层采用镀镍铜丝,绝缘层和护套层均采用四氟乙烯-一全氟烷基乙烯醚共聚物(简称 PFA)挤塑而成,能在260℃温度下长期使用。
JPB type parallel connection high-temperature electric heating cable has two types:single phase and three phase.Theirs are made of nickel-plated stranded copper wires and the braided layers are made of nickel plated copper threads.And moreover the insulation and jacket layers are extruded by PFA.which can be used up to 260℃.

Working Principle, Characteristics and Applications
JPB型并联高温带工作原理与JFB型并联电热带相同,它能维持190℃以下介质管道的伴热保温,它特别适用于沥青、重油、渣油和高粘油管线的伴热保温,也适用于需260℃以下蒸汽扫线管道路的保温。
The working principle of JPB parallel connection high temperature cable is the same as JFB parallel connection electric heating cable. It can maintenance media temperature in pipes below 190℃.It is especially suitable to the thermal insulation of bitumen,heavy oil.residual oil and high-visconsity oils pipelines.It is also applicable to thermal insulation of steam cleaning pipes under 260℃.
