(1)产品结构 Product Structure JPB 型并联高温带分单相带和三相带两类，其结构分别与JFB型并联式单相带和三相带相似，所不同的是芯线采用镀镍铰线，编织层采用镀镍铜丝，绝缘层和护套层均采用四氟乙烯-一全氟烷基乙烯醚共聚物（简称 PFA）挤塑而成，能在260℃温度下长期使用。 JPB type parallel connection high-temperature electric heating cable has two types:single phase and three phase.Theirs are made of nickel-plated stranded copper wires and the braided layers are made of nickel plated copper threads.And moreover the insulation and jacket layers are extruded by PFA.which can be used up to 260℃. It can maintenance media temperature in pipes below 190℃.It is especially suitable to the thermal insulation of bitumen,heavy oil.residual oil and high-visconsity oils pipelines.It is also applicable to thermal insulation of steam cleaning pipes under 260℃.
